East Moe Lutheran Church
Drive on Hwy 40 to south edge of Garfield, MN. There is a sign on the west side of the road pointing you west to East Moe. Drive 2 miles west on County Rd 56 to East Moe Road and .3 miles south. East Moe will be on the left side of the road.
