Helping young people grow in the faith
The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod’s Youth Ministry faithfully leads, serves, resources and networks youth and adults — working through LCMS districts and congregations — with Christ and His gifts at the heart and center of everything.
This annual training event is led by our teen Executive Team. The event gives teens the tools they need to mature in their faith, become leaders in their congregations, and reach out to their peers with the love of Christ. We invite any high school youth who is an active member of an LCMS church and adult mentors to join us.
Do you have the heart of a servant? Several service opportunities are available year-round, and you can serve for a weekend or a week.
End Goals is the podcast of LCMS Youth Ministry in the Office of National Mission. LCMS Youth Ministry Staff discuss practices for healthy youth ministry and interview practitioners who provide insight for experienced and new youth leaders.

Ministry programs are available for young adults in the various stages after high school, and the resources are also helpful for those who care for young adults.
LCMS Youth Ministry provides Jesus-centered resources for those working with youth and young adults in congregations and in communities. New resources are added every week.
Through training and discipleship, YouthLead (formerly Lutheran Youth Fellowship) has been empowering youth to use their gifts to serve and lead while sharing their Christian faith.
LCMS Servant Events are opportunities for God’s people to grow in their faith while sharing Christ and helping others. Volunteer opportunities are available for a week or weekend.
Thousands of youth and adults from all 35 districts will join together in New Orleans, LA July 19-23, 2025 for the 16th triennial LCMS Youth Gathering.
